• JetParks 3 To find a space we had to drive round for quite a time and because we have a small car we were able to squeeze into a space probably left be others but it was muddy underfoot.Staff on the ground were non-existent,staff on the bus were helpful

• JetParks 3 Every part of the experience was excellent - the upgrading to Jet Park plus because Jet 3 was full - the bus service and helpful drivers - also the efficent and pleasant operatives in charge of the barrier as we entered and exited. Thank you!

  My return flight on the other hand was delayed by 13hrs,not returning home until the next day i was expecting a hefty car parking fee,it was to my relief that after pushing the help button & explaining the delay,i was let out free of charge.
  I thought it only right to express my gratitude,by filling in this questionnaire & sharing with the general public,what an outstanding & professional service i'd received from you.

• JetParks 3 It took some time driving around the rows to find a parking space. I saw no staff other than the shuttle driver so I do not know if there were any at the car park.

• JetParks 3 Everything was fine till we tried boarding the bus to the T2 from CP3 . Three buses turned up full and the driver had to phone through and inform his colleague to pick everyone up. Not an ideal way to start your holiday. Had no problems on the return trip.The drivers were very helpfull .
