• JetParks 3 Returned to a car with a very flat battery and snow falling but BCP were great and sent out the AA straight away who got my car running again and so 8 was able to get home and more surprisingly all included in the price. Good old fashioned customer service which is so often missing now with most companies so well done BCP.

• JetParks 3 I was disappointed to discover that in the two years since we last used the facility, it felt very much like the customer had been placed at the bottom of the pile, with parking on rough surfaces, making it difficult to wheel cases to the cars. Customers parking has been moved from the tarmac surfaced adjacent car park, to make room for staff parking.

• JetParks 3 I was booked in for 7 am and arrived about 6.45 and the barrier wouldn't open so I had to use then intercom. I thought there would be a bit of leeway on times.Aside from this minor problems I was very satisfied with the service.

• JetParks 3 great facilities just as you described them very nice polite bus drivers fast speedy efficient service plus when we got back after 15 days away in the dark we thought our car window passenger side had been broken but on looking closer my husband had left it wide open we had a very wet seat but nothing taken from inside the car I would just like to say a big thank you to anyone that had noticed this and had not taken anything lots of great people out there. : )
