• JetParks 3 The disabled parking area just as you enter the car park was full of cars not displaying Blue Badge mainly large 4x4's. This should be addressed with warnings that a financial penalty will be applied if Blue Badge or copy of same is not displayed.

• JetParks 3 IWe have used Jet Parks at Manchester Airport on many occasionsut this will be the last time. It was difficult to find a parking space; BCP failed to tell me that it was unnecessary to purchase Fast Track when travelling from Terminal One and our experience in trying to return to the car park was dreadful. We waited for forty minutes, together with about a hundred others all with luggage for a Jetparks 3 bus; whilst there were several turning up for those returning to other parking areas. We and several other families around us vowed never to use Jetparks again. The company really needs to get its act together.
