• JetParks 3 told to get the orange token from the barrier - not told that system had changed and you exit via number plate recognition. Spent a rather stressfull 10 minutes at the barrier, but then just parked up the car. Bus driver told us system had changed. Updated email would have helped.

• JetParks 3 The car parks were quite full but it was obvious that they weren't being managed properly ie cars were parked using two bays instead of one so that they wouldn't get scratched etc. Appreciate that it's selfish drivers but not much good when you have to drive around at 6am looking for a space!!
