• JetParks 3 Very smooth transfer in and out of airport, excellent price too. The only negative thing was the condition of the carpark, very rough and muddy so no good wheeling cases you needed to carry them to the nearest bustop. But would use again.

Need more bus stopping places as, on our return, we had to travel all round the car park before the driver would let us off due to the fact that there was no stop going into the car park but there was one on the other side of the road (T4 stop 103)

• JetParks 3 The only criticism was that when we arrived at the car park 2 hours before our flight at 4.00 am all the buses were full and continually just rode past the bus stops which left us in a panic as we were unsure when we would manage to get on a bus or even if we were at the right bus stop. We arrived at Terminal 2 at 5.30 and thanks to the two girls on the thompsons check in desk they helped us get through on the priority lane staying with us to help us. We didn't think that there would be an issue getting on a bus at that time in a morning. No bus stopped even though we were flapping our arms for them to stop just to advise that we were in the right place. The drivers just rode by without even looking at us at all. The drivers were completely miserable and unhelpful even on the journey back. It felt like we were expected to understand the jet park car parks and their routes without being permitted to ask any questions. They were the same with other people and their families boarding also.

• JetParks 3 All was great apart from bus back to car on return. Took 25 minutes and went to every terminal collecting no additional travellers. Also, went to every zone in car park despite all on board being in zone V.
