• Long Stay BCP was excellent value for money. The system of the car number plate being recognised for entrance to the car park was very quick. We parked up and the bus arrived to take us to the terminal, the staff was very pleasant and again on arrival back to thye UK from leaving arrivals we was in our car within 10 minutes,Excellent service and highly recommendable

• Long Stay When I arrived at the carpark my booking was not on the system and my car/bar code was not recognised.
  I realise that it was a same day booking, but I would suggest that the system needs to be updated more frequently.

• Long Stay Having used bco for years, I did point out a while ago to change the location of the qcode on the booking confirmation so it can be more easily scanned at the entrance to the car park. I now prepare mine by folding it several times so it can be inserted into the system more easily.

• Long Stay When we arrived at the car park entrance it was still dark and the ticket machine was poorly lit.I tried to push a button for assistance however a token came out and the barrier lifted so we proceeded through. When we came back it was daylight and I was able to speak to an assistant who took our details and opened the barrier. No problems!!
