• Long Stay I forgot which car park I was parked in, on my return from my holiday. I phoned the number on the text i had received from BCP and the person I spoke to was very helpful. Sending a text with the booking info is a very good idea.

• Long Stay extremely smooth experience, I didnt have my booking reference number to hand on arrival or exit from the car park but pressed the help button and an assistant answered straightaway and lifted the barrier on each occasion with no delay
