  • Multi-storey My car broke down on the way to the airport. So I needed to get a taxi to get my plane. I asked BCP if there was any way of refunding or reusing the £60 I spent on the parking space. The answer was 'NO' so I've paid for a parking space I haven't used and two taxi journeys as well as car repairs. I travel from Man airport a lot but I usually drive to Manchester, park there and get the train. After this experience I will be going back to that. If BCP had been a little more helpful I would have been more likely to try them again given that the car breakdown was an unusual occurrence.

  • Multi-storey No. I made an error on my booking, only looked like we had gone on holiday for 1.5 hours. Had to pay exit fee a week later. Surely on confirming booking no one picked up on this, not happy paying 35 pound for 1.5 hours. Phoned you on return home but not very helpful.

  • Multi-storey It's a good job we arrived early at the terminal 3 ms car park, it was completely full.A queue of half a dozen cars toured around, it took a good half hour driving around all 5 levels until we saw someone leaving. Next time I'll try reserving one!!

  • Multi-storey Manchester Airport never fails to disappoint. The car park entrance was no where near the instructions given. Three times round the block before I found it. On exiting, it failed to read my number plate, a regular occurance. The cost for the days parking exceeded one of the airfares.

  • Multi-storey Fantastic, we were let down by our taxi company & had to head to the airport so stressed and anxious with no parking booked. However one phone call to you enroute & you had us sorted out before we even arrived. It would have cost us £320 to stay for the week without pre-booking but direst with you it was £87 so a massive saving - thank you
