• Multi-storey The car park was totally full.We spent 25 minutes driving around looking for a free space but to no avail. In the end we had no alternative but to park in the premium parking area. We don't blame BCP for this. The problem was clearly with Manchester airport parking for accepting too many bookings

• Multi-storey Booked from to 30th June - 1st July arrived at carpark just after didn't recognise number plate button for intercom wouldn't work took token to get barrier to go up. On return same happened barrier didn't go up did manage to get the intercom to work this time. Would have scored higher if it had all gone smoothly. Would still recommend though.🙂

• Multi-storey It took us about 15 minutes to find a parking spot which is quite stressful when you have pre paid for a space and have a flight to catch . It would be useful to display on which level there are available spaces to save time looking on every level

• Multi-storey The car park was very full when we arrived and we had to drive up and down several levels for 10-15 mins before we were lucky enough to find someone departing so we could take their space. When pre booked and pre paid you don’t expect to not be able to find a space.

• Multi-storey The whole entrance and exit parts are fine, but to keep hiking up the prices like airlines do as you get nearer the departure date is wrong, but typical of todays society of screwing people for every penny possible.
