• Multi Storey Entered T3 Multi-storey-no problem.Had to go to roof parking, there were no spaces lower level.Bit of a walk from T3 back to car. Not as easy as walk getting to T3.Stopped at barrier on leaving did not seem to recognise nuber plate and barrier did not go up.Asked for orange check but did not receive one going in.Had to press button to get attendant to raise barrier. Most annoying. Why did number plate recognition not work? No apology offered.

• Multi Storey I thought the whole experience was extremely good. I was surprised as often something goes wrong, I expected the barrier to remain closed as we tried to get city but no, it opened promptly. The raised kerbs at the barriers were a problem for my vehicle being too near to each other but apart from that the parking and booking arrangements were very good

• Multi Storey Easy, smooth process. No problems at all. Maybe though when plane is late an ability to extend the expired time half an hour or similar increments for a nominal, reasonable fee. This would ease the stress on late arrivals and airport processing.
