• Multi Storey There was an issue with leaving, after inserting my token it registered as owing £105! It was sorted relatively quickly by the person on the intercom.

• Multi Storey only problem was that the barrier machine asked for £280 at the exit and we had to call the operator. Maybe the number plate recognition didn't work.

• Multi Storey minor problem when leaving car park. Despite following written instructions, we were requested to pay full parking price even though we had pre paid. After a few attempts, we managed to make contact with a staff member who dealt with the error quickly and courteously.

• Multi Storey we had a problem getting out of the car park we pressed for assistance and the gentleman was extremely helpful and resolved the problem immediately.

• Multi Storey i use bcp 4/5 times a year, this time bar code reader didn't work, number plate recognition didn't work. never gone yet without having to press the button and talk to someone to get in and out.

• Multi Storey Booking process fine. Problem with token system upon leaving airport to return home. Much less efficient than usual ticket-in -machine system. Had to use call button. Staff helpful and resolved issue but I was a bit snxious when machine kept telling me I owed £175.!

• Multi Storey I didnt have my token with me (it was in my luggage that the airline had lost. your female service assistant on duty simply checked my reservation ref and let me out. You cannot believe how much that meant to me arriving back late, no luggage etc
