• Multi Storey BCP have a great website, and going in and out of the carpark was soo easy, we have used BCP now over a number of years, have found this time that the T3 short stay parking has less spaces due to the fact that Premier parking has many spaces which are reserved for them, so we had to park on the top level outside..this causes a bit worry as you climb that their are no spaces !! We did find one in the end but was hoping to find a space inside.

• Multi Storey All was good with the parking, I was a bit disappointed that we had booked with you four weeks prior to this trip, and only recieved a 10% discount email after I had made the second booking, so paid full price, would have been nice to have been offered the discount on our last trip. Next time I will have to make booking via telephone to see what the best deal is?

• Multi Storey Manchester Airport roads very difficult to navigate. Went to the wrong multistorey (T1) but staff allowed us in and out without charge and redirected us to T3. After that entry and exit went seamlessly.
