  • JetParks 2 Unfortunately on this occasion the automatic barrier failed to work for both entry and exit, though the call button to office was swiftly answered and barrier raised. Have used bcp car parks many many times and this was the first issue of any kind I have encountered.

  • JetParks 2 Admission into car park and bus transfer fine, but had a big problem finding a space to park,after going around park for 15 mins eventually found a muddy space at the far end of a row, squeezed next to the perimeter fence, quite difficult to access and depart.

  • JetParks 2 We had to wait about 20 min for bus to take us back to our car but I assume we had just missed one? Usually they are more frequent I think. Also we had about the same wait going to airport in morning and were only just in time for desk closing. Otherwise all was ok.

  • JetParks 2 Site was new to us as we haven’t travelled for 2.5 years so took us a while to find it due to roadworks etc. Site full of puddles and muddy so a bit messy but all arrangements went smoothly with no delays.

  • JetParks 2 We use Jet 2 parking several times a year and have had no problems. However due to the road works that are going on around the airport it is difficult to see the signs to the car park. We had no difficulties other than how dark it was on the road leading to the car park. Other customers had difficulty finding the car park.
