• JetParks 3 We have always used Jet Parks 2 in the past, but we were unable to find it on the website,(we now know it is a staff car park).So we booked Jets Parks 3 this time. We were a little unhappy with standard of Jet Parks 3, the surface cover was of stone, which was wet with puddles and a little muddy with potholes in it making it difficult to pull the cases over the surface. The lay out and signage within the car park was confusing. Upon returning to my our car to drive home found my vehicle was in a large pool of standing water and I had to paddle through before manoeuvring my vehicle out so my wife could get in to the car. There were no clear lined parking bays to park within and vehicles were abandoned in various difficult/dangerous positions. We will probably try another car park next time.

It was easy to book and I didn't have go wait long for a bus, even in the snow, the return wait was half an hour due to the road works, good job it wasn't snowing or raining, and once the roads works are completed I presume the service will get better

• JetParks 3 No problems at all. When I got back to my car I found my breaks had seized so had to call Green Flag. This meant I left the car park about 30 - 40 mins late but I wasn't charged more at the barrier. I am parking again in June and would recommend you to others. 10/10
