• JetParks 3 Really pleased with the service.
  When we got back though in the dark it was difficult to see the parking lot numbers due to it being dark and the windows were too dirty to see through but I expect its the time of year.

• JetParks 3 We have parked with BCP before. This time, we used the Jet Park 3 car park at Manchester airport. Everything went smoothly. We found the car park easily using the satnav and were immediately able to catch the shuttle to the airport.
  Upon our return, the shuttle pick up point was just a few metres from the terminal exit. We had to wait 10-15 minutes, which was as stated, though I think other travellers had been waiting longer. Our car was safe and as we left it. It had been raining prior to our arrival back in England, and the ground in the car park was somewhat muddy as a result. This is my only criticism of the experience. We have used Jet Park Plus in the past, and the ground there is tarmacked I believe. In my opinion it's worth paying the little extra to keep my shoes and cases clean!

• JetParks 3 Bar was up when arrived. Last time we used car park was number plate recognition. Hence we did not have a token so had to speak to operator to leave. The speaker button was not easy to see in dark. Could improve this. Thanks.

• JetParks 3 Everything was fantastic from booking to returning to the car park after my holiday until I got to the barrier and it asked me to pay an amount of £192.00 very puzzled as I had already prepaid. Luckily spoke to the chap on the intercom system who just lifted the barrier and let us out obviously a blip somewhere. Would definitely use again.

• JetParks 3 Easy to follow directions to the car park. Shuttle buses to the airport came so frequently it didn’t seem long to wait for them. Staff lovely and friendly.

• JetParks 3 We waited ages for return pick up. First bus turned up and we was unable to get on it because it was full. Second bus arrived about 5 minutes later but we all had to get off at the next terminal to get on another bus with a better turning circle to get round the car park.

• JetParks 3 It might be better if the confirmation of booking specifically advised that when printing off the details to make sure the bar code is displayed so that in the event of the barrier not lifting on exit the bar code could be scanned. Better lighting on the barrier machines to identify the intercom button at night might also improve things should the barrier not lift as it should do with number plate recognition and the operator needs to be contacted.

• JetParks 3 The Jet 3 carpark iitself was fine but finding it, during the current roadworks, was a nightmare. The temporary signs are TINY. Not good enough. No way would I recommend anyone to use it at present.
