  • JetParks 3 Plenty of space at this time of year. Can be difficult to find spaces at busier times, especially in the dark. Better lighting may help in night time but I realise this would increase your costs which would have to be reflected in higher parking charges. Driver very helpful on this occasion.

    Still find it strange that the first rows of parking are allocated to staff parking.

  • JetParks 3 We arrived in the dark and returned in the dark and on both occasions the car park was very poorly lit with lightning. Most of the Car park lights were off.

    The downside was the area leading to the shuttle bus was flooded and the area around the steps was very muddy.

  • JetParks 3 drove around in the dark for a long time as there was no free parking space (we had pre-booked), got in touch with the person you can reach when you press the button at the barrier and was mocked with "I know for sure there are hundreds of free spaces!'

  • JetParks 3 We use jetparks 3 at least 4 times a year. This trip was awful. You chose the busiest date in Dec (21st) to close off the main parking area and people were going round and round looking for spoaces. In the end we ignored the sign and parked up top. As other people came and struggled to get a space we told them where we'd parked.2 buses went passed that were full - we were beginning to get anxious that we'd get on a bus to the terminal at all. There's no phone number on your invoices so who could we talk to? If we went to the entrance we could have missed a bus. You should know when the busy times are

  • JetParks 3 We have used jetpark3 at Manchester many times and have had no problems with pickups, This time 26/12 on our return to Manchester TERMINAL 1 we had to wait with a lot of other people with children between 25 and 30 minutes in the freezing cold which we have never had to wait so long before, and when the bus did arrive empty there was nothing said by the driver about the waiting time when we moved off the bus was bursting at the seams with passengers from TERMINAL 1.
