• JetParks 3 Yes everything was OK. Directions were a bit confusing. Also the 1st bus that came was full sovwe had to wait for another, although that did come fairly quickly. We were delayed and had to leave the car for an extra day. It was very easy to pay for extra stay on exit.

• JetParks 3 Signage to find the car park was very poor. Parking was only available in the V section. If the notice board at the entrance had been working this would have been clearer. There were insufficient buses picking up people from the car park. We waited for over 40 minutes and only just managed to squeeze on, otherwise it would have been so much longer. Upon return we had been delayed through a medical emergency and were charged an additional £15 to exit. Plus the exit traffic organisation added to our exit time , with the left filter not possible and traffic lights holding up traffic

• JetParks 3 We have used jet park 3 in the past. However, this time with the new road layout, Jet Park three was not very clearly sign posted and we managed to get lost. On arrival, the automatic number plate recognition was not working and so had to contact help desk for advice, when we were issued with a token. This seemed contrary to the information that was provided at the time of booking.

• JetParks 3 Signage from the motorway and particularly around the airport roads are appalling and non existent to Jetparcs 3 sending us into the terminal buildings and could have made us late. Took ages to find a parking space on top of the unnecessary delay.

• JetParks 3 Nothing wrong with any part of service. It took a long time to find a parking space. Not sure how that could be improved though. Good value and good transfer service.

• JetParks 3 On arrival the sign said there were spaces, it would have been helpful to know where they were. After travelling up and down the full rows for ages we turned a corner and there was all the space we needed!
  The bus arrived minutes after us getting to the bus stop, some people got off at Terminal 1, some people got off at Terminal 3 so you would imagine everybody left on the bus wanted Terminal 2, the driver drove past Terminal 2. People approached the driver, he turned back after saying nobody pressed the bell!!! Nobody at the other stops pressed the bell, the remaining 20 or so passengers got off at 2.
  The driver on return was very helpful.

• JetParks 3 1st class service, I read a few reviews that had me worried but thought I would give it a try. Car Park was obviously busy but who would expect anything else at an airport. Bus driver was a top bloke who assisted with my kids cases as I was travelling as a single parent. I have already booked my next trip and the car park. Keep up the good work. The flying Scotsman.
