• JetParks 3 Very smooth entry and exit from car park. Disabled parking very good and near. To bus stops. A telephone to contact an attendant for help with any problems arising. Had a small problem with car and could not find anyone or any way of contacting someone for help.

• JetParks 3 No, barriers didn’t work incoming or outgoing!
  Bus to terminal took over an hour (standing in cold for over 45 minutes) and we almost missed our flight. With elderly parents this was shocking! Then to top it off bus driver said doubt you’ve been here that long and was extremely rude!

• JetParks 3 T2 queue for JP3 was very large and unmanaged. We waited over thirty minutes during which time several people just joined the front of the queue worrying and upsetting several passengers. Not surprisingly the bus was full and the speed made it very uncomfortable. We got off before our stop to reduce this.

• JetParks 3 It took me a while of driving up and down to find jet parks3.
  It was just by chance I saw the sign on the entrance as I was driving over traffick lights and I happened to look left. I then had to go up the dual road once again, to turn and return to the junction that I had already crossed several times. I never saw any other signs for the car park which I thought was very poor, especially as I was on my own and in busy traffick
  Any other airports I have used, the signage has been very good. I won't be using Manchester again in a hurry

• JetParks 3 We were not impressed that we were charged a considerable amount of money when we had to, through no fault of our own, delay our booking by a week. This was especially irksome as we had paid for cancellation cover with our original booking. The actual parking experience was good enough but we would not use this particular car park again as it was very difficult to find a space and the surfaces make pulling a heavy suitcase extremely hard.

• JetParks 3 Found the car park easily, barrier recognised car reg and were able to drive straight in, quite busy so took a while to find a parking space. Only had to wait 5 mins for the bus to the airport and dropped off right outside. On our return we waited around 10 mins for a bus and the driver dropped us at the end of the row where we had parked. Very quick easy and efficient would definitely use agsin

• JetParks 3 It's always a pleasure to park in Jet Parks 3. Excellent driver on the way to the airport, a smooth ride, very pleasant, helpful, chatty and polite. The driver of the bus on the way back from the airport was a tad grumpy and drove rather fast, especially around the roundabouts.

• JetParks 3 We have been using Jetparks3 for many years as we travel on holiday from Manchester 2 or 3 times a year. It has always ran smoothly - we have had no problem finding a suitable car parking space and the courtesy buses run regularly. The drivers are always helpful and we have already booked to use the facilities again later this year.
