T2 West Multi Storey – P3 It was a Fabulous service. Inwas worried to death as my return flight was late , meaning i was late back. Once back in uk i contacted them and explained expecting an additional cost, but, very kindly that was waved as it was out of my hands.

T2 West Multi Storey – P3 My flight was cancelled last minute and I tried to contact someone / anyone at BCP to let them know & arrange an extension- however nobody was available to answer any calls. Then when I landed I was charged £25 to leave. The daily rate i had booked originally was only £8 a day roughly. I expect to pay for the extra 20 hours but £25 is daylight robbery - especially when I tired several times to contact you.
