• Multi-storey East we only used the airport for an hour or so as we were not able to board our flight. we had to go home and book another flight for the next day. we also had to re book the car park at extra cost and lost the 4 days parking we had originally paid for.

• Multi-storey East On entry only one barrier working. People getting frustrated and trying to queue jump. Some drivers do think they have the right to bypass the queue and go straight to the front. Hence the arguments. No staff around to sort.
