  • Multi-storey Very easy to follow just drove up to barrier within seconds barrier rose parked car terminal 2 minutes walk on returning barrier rose drove through what could be easier than that

  • Multi-storey Outgoing was fine. However due to the Hurricane in Orlando we had to extend our stay. After contacting BCP I was disappointed that you could not extend our booking by 3 days. So I had to pay £75 on exit from the car park - extremely expensive compared to your prices,

  • Multi-storey very good service have stopped there numerous times staff very helpful was a bit worried when flight was delayed because i went an hour over my booked time thought i might have to pay extra but barrier opened ok also i think a nice gesture of regular users would get a bit more of a discount because its getting expensive for just a week and we are looking to book 2 weeks there over the christmas period so am a bit worried about the cost for 2 weeks other then that it was brilliant...thankyou

  • Multi-storey Very good overall - the postcode on the confirmation was wrong but no harm done as wasn't far away and the staff were very helpful.

  • Multi-storey Slight confusion on access to designated car park, this was due to roadworks being carried out at Manchester Airport. This was not a fault of BCP
    Other than that number plate recognition worked well
    Our return flight was delayed resulting us landing after booked time, this did not cause any problem on exiting

  • Multi-storey On entering T2 multi-storey my booking and vehicle reg was not recognised and even on our return three days later we had to be let out by one of the attendants because my booking was not on their system. The on site car park team were fantastic and very helpful though and said this can happen from time to time. It did delay our departure from the airport though.
