• Short Stay 2 Great parking. Distance to terminal as advertised. Safe, secure etc. Only issue was getting the luggage trolly back and forth to the car - there are a fair few curbs around east midlands airport which do casue some issues.

• Short Stay 2 Very easy to book online and a very short walk to the terminal at East Midlands airport. Extremely quick to notify me when Thomas Cook ceased trading as to what I wanted to do about a future booking with them after my holiday was cancelled. Many thanks BCP.

• Short Stay 2 No, my mistake I went to the wrong car park 2 firstly, but the gentleman who answered the call button was very helpful. On trying to enter the correct car park the barrier didn't raise on reading my no plate, had to use the call assist again, the lady issued me with a token to exit the car park on our return. On exit I put the token in and it said I needed to pay £20.00, I call the assist team who informed me that due to the times I had put on my booking I was over 24hrs late, due to us landing on 18/9 at 23.45hrs, I chose the 00.00 as this to me was midnight of the 18/9, the 19th hasn't started. The lighting in the car park was wasn't that good and trying to use the exit machine was even worst as you couldn't see what was where properly when being told what to do.

• Short Stay 2 Number plate recognition did not work on entry or exit so had to use the barcode from my phone, struggled to read instructions on the machine at entry to car park at 4am in the dark, very poor lighting around entry machines.

• Short Stay 2 Our airport parking went extremely well - no issues at all. Was a 2 minute walk from the airport as advertised - drove up to the barrier - it lifted straight away - plenty of parking spots left and felt secure.
  No issues when collecting the car - again the barrier lifted straight away - we were a little longer in airport control so half an hour or so later than expected - but no issues with barriers etc x would definately reccommend and use again x
