• Flying Scot Was a disaster , got to Flying Scot they could not let me park as their system was down , had to take my car to Low Cost at Ratho , which was a complete mess.the lady did not book me in property and gave me the card for a completely different car and name , which I just discovered the day before I was due to come home , phoned the car park from Ibiza and said that they would try and find my car as had no trace of it. However it was eventually traced and there when I picked it up on Saturday night..what a complete mess it was..I have booked into the Flying Scot again twice in the next two weeks so hopefully will be ok

• Flying Scot We waited nearly 1 hour to get on the bus as there seemed to be only 1 mini bus. The queue of passengers was huge. The bus driver was rude, raising his voice to other passengers who were complaining of the long wait. Other companies drivers even noticed,and said it was terrible how we were left waiting and how we were spoken to by the bus driver.When we eventually got to the car park the staff handed our keys over. My car wasn't where it was supposed to be and I was left to try and find my car on my own. It was an utter shambles, and very unprofessional from start to finish.

• Flying Scot This parking is close to the airport and is easy to find. The transfer is short and regular. The transfer bus was sent to pick me up when I phoned on return.
