• Airparks Drop and Go My key was not ready when I returned, I was told my return date was 29/11 when actually my paperwork said 22/11, I paid extra for my car to be cleaned, so that wasn’t done either. The man I spoke to was initially quite rude but my car was located and driven to me!!

• Airparks Drop and Go Our experience was excellent. Easy fast check in - just a short wait for the bus. On our return the bus was waiting outside the airport. Collecting the keys was simple and very efficient. The car was close. All in all a speedy uncomplicated system. Would recommend.

• Airparks Drop and Go When we are leaving Luton, everything was smooth, but coming back to collect our car key, was so slow, the machine (red) was playing up. Nobody there to ask for help. It was really cold then.

• Airparks Drop and Go Process of arrival and departure are excellent.
  Only drawback was car was in a very large (wide and deep, surrounding my car) puddle upon my return - row C. Better drainage and/or resurfacing would prevent soaked feet as it was not raining on collection of car. After a delayed flight, just wanted to get home.
  That being said, I would use BCP again.

• Airparks Drop and Go Need more lightning in the car park as it was so dark and pouring with rain,did not help with water pooling on the walk to reach the car.
  We all arrive to Collect our car so waiting to collect the key was a very slow process due to no help at collecting boxes

• Airparks Drop and Go Only one point that could be better and that is when waiting for my car to be delivered to the airport. The wind in the multi-storey cut through and a shelter would be welcomed, otherwise all was brilliant as always.
