- East Midlands Shuttle Economy 1 I always find the service at East Midlands to be very satisfactory. It was nice to recieve an e-mail warning of likely problems getting to the Airport. These did not actually materialise but better early than missing the plane.

- East Midlands Long Stay 2 Absolutely no problems, clear directions and easy to follow insatructions, automated entry and exit into the car park made it really easy, very short walk to the airport terminal and all at a very reasonable price.

- East Midlands Long Stay 2 All nice and easy with professional team. I knew the night before travelling that I have to use "other" car for parking, so in 2 minutes by telephone everything was arranged without any problem. I use BCP since 2007 and always it was excellent.

- East Midlands Long Stay 2 Route plan was very good, parking was easy to find. Only draw back was we had to walk to the departure rather than bus transfer. Okay when it was fine, but it was a drizzly misty morning at 0430am!!
