  • Car Parks 2 and 3 Straight forward and easy, only thing on leaving the car park the barrier was already raised so did not have to put my ticket in.phoned your help line next day,but as I departed before my exit time I wouldn’t be charged extra.costs

  • Car Parks 2 and 3 On our arrival at Birmingham airport car park 2 the number plate recognition camera did not recognise the car and the barrier would not lift. We pressed the call bell and gave our booking reference number and that was not found but they lifted the barrier and said it would be sorted on our return. I am disabled so we needed to park close to the terminal but all disabled spaces were taken so we had to find a different space. On our return we drove to the barrier and called to say the barrier would not lift and again gave our reference number that was again not found. In the end because it was 6am the barrier was eventually lifted and we were let out even though no reference to my booking was found. I booked the car park on line and had paid the correct amount and given my vehicle registration number so I can not understand why no reference to my booking was found. Like I said in the end the barrier was lifted and we went on our way but it did add a lot more stress on our drive home.

  • Car Parks 2 and 3 I was unable to book thi parking on the Tuesday as my wife had been admitted to A&E and we did bot know whether we could travel. When I went to book it on the Wednesday it had gone up some £30 and no discount codes were applicable. So much for being a regular customer!

  • Car Parks 2 and 3 All good but had delay getting out. Not so fluent. Input ticket and told I owed hundreds of pounds. Not especially welcoming. Eventually got through to someone barely audible but once I gave my Reg the barrier opened. Bit frustrating but otherwise spot on. 9/10

  • Car Parks 2 and 3 No it did not go smoothly, I paid 90 pounds for a week, and my ticket was rejected, saying had to pay pounds. As you can imagine having no sleep for 14hrs to get back to this stress. We have never had this before, we had to ask for assistance, to find we were not even on your system. And to be told it's because we booked through the holiday extra. We will not be doing that again. Has put us off completely.
