• Maximum height at entry and exit barriers is 2.2m (7ft 2in). Trailers are not permitted.

Terminal 2

From the M4:

• Exit at Junction 4, taking the M4 Spur: Southbound to Terminals 2 and 3.
• Follow the signs for Short Stay car parks and keep right on the M4 Spur: Lane 3.
• Go straight ahead at the traffic lights, and stay in the right-hand lane as you pass into the main tunnel.
• Keep right as you exit the tunnel. Pass the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
• Stay on the right as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures and the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
• On the rising ramp, continue to bear right approaching the Short Stay car park entry barriers. Use entry barriers 1, 2 or 3 - on the left-hand side of the six lanes available.
• Enter the car park on Level 4, and continue left down the spiral to Level 2.
• Park in the Off Airport parking area, where a Good To Go Meet & Greet Captain will check your car in.

From the M25:

• Exit at Junction 14, following the signs for Terminals 2 and 3 around the Western Perimeter Road.
• Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 2 and 3.
• Keep right as you exit the tunnel. Pass the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
• Stay on the right as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures and the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
• On the rising ramp, continue to bear right directly into the Short stay car park entry barriers. Use either of the entry barriers 1, 2 or 3, left of the six lanes available.
• Enter the car park on Level 4, and continue left down the spiral to Level 2.
• Park in the Off Airport parking area, where a Good To Go Meet & Greet Captain will check your car in.

Terminal 3

From the M4:

• Exit at Junction 4, taking the M4 Spur.
• Follow the signs for Short Stay car parks.
• Go straight ahead through the main tunnel to the first set of traffic lights.
• Follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park 3.
• When you enter the car park, follow the signs for Off Airport Parking.
• Good To Go Meet & Greet is located on Level 3 of Short Stay Car 3 Park.
• Park in the Off Airport parking area, where a Good To Go Captain will check your car in.

From the M25:

• Exit at Junction 14.
• Follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 and 3 around the Western and Northern Perimeter Roads.
• Continue through the main tunnel to the first set of traffic lights.
• Follow the signs for Short Stay Car Park 3.
• When you enter the car park, follow the signs for Off Airport Parking.
• Good To Go Meet & Greet is located on Level 3 of Short Stay Car 3 Park.
• Park in the Off Airport parking area, where a Good To Go Captain will check your car in.

Terminal 4

From the M4

• At Junction 3 follow the signs for A312 Heathrow and Feltham.
• Continue along the A312 through one traffic light junction for approximately one mile until you reach the Waggoners roundabout.
• Continue to the junction with the A30 and turn right.
• Pass through two sets of traffic lights and take the Terminal 4 slip road on the left.
• At the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow the signs for Short Stay Parking which is by the main terminal building.
• Enter the car park and follow the signs to Off Airport Parking on Level 2.
• Park in the Off Airport area where a Good To Go Meet & Greet Captain will check your car in.
• From the M25

• From Junction 14 follow the signs to Terminal 4 along Airport Way (A3113).
• At the next roundabout/traffic light junction, go straight across onto the Southern Perimeter Road.
• Cross the next roundabout and travel through three sets of traffic lights.
• Take the slip road signposted Terminal 4, following the signs for Short Stay Parking which is by the main terminal building.
• Enter the car park and follow the signs to Off Airport Parking on Level 2.
• Park in the Off Airport area where a Good To Go Meet & Greet Captain will check your car in.

Terminal 5

From the M4

• At Junction 4 follow the signs to Terminal 5 and Short Stay car park.
• Turn right onto the Northern Perimeter Road and follow signs for Short Stay Terminal 5, continuing onto the Western Perimeter Road.
• At the Terminal 5 roundabout turn left and go up the ramp. Keep left and follow the signs for Level 4 to the entrance barrier.
• Enter the car park and follow the signs to Off Airport parking.
• Park in the Off Airport area where a Good To Go Meet & Greet Captain will check your car in.
• From the M25

At Junction 14 follow the signs to Terminal 5 and Short Stay car park.

At the Terminal 5 roundabout take the second exit and go up the ramp. Keep left and follow the signs for Level 4 to the entrance barrier.

Enter the car park and follow the signs to Off Airport parking.

Park in the Off Airport area where a Good To Go Meet & Greet Captain will check your car in.
