- Long Stay I have used BCP before and found the facilities to be very good and efficient. On returning to my car at the end of the holiday this time, the battery was a bit flat. The chap in the office was very helpful and had my car up and running in just a few minutes. I will definately use BCP again.

- Long Stay When we arrived we pressed the button for a ticket and parked. when we came home in the early hours and tried to get out it said we owed £80!!Once we went inside and spoke to the guy, he told us we should have just waited at the barrier for our ticket. But their was no problem and he wasn't angry even though their was a few other people had done the same thing!

- Long Stay Seamless transfer to and from airport. No waiting issues. Bus was already there waiting even although plane had been delayed 9 hours.

- Park 'N' Fly Car park good and clean, staff exceptionally helpful, would use again. Only hiccup being we found it difficult to find so could do with more obvious signs. However bus driver went out of his way to escort us back to the motorway - deserves a medal!!
