  • Blue Circle Meet and Greet I thought the staff were reasonably helpful, but was wrong. I experienced a theft from my vehicle which has eroded my trust and remains as yet unresolved.

  • Blue Circle Meet and Greet We had to wait 30 minutes for the car to arrive. This was apparently due to an "unexpected" road closure and diverted traffic. The staff did not communicate this to waiting customers (one man made a few comments and said the M1 was closed but this was not correct). Yes the road was closed for road works but this must have been apparent much earlier in the day so why the delays at 11pm? I accept things go wrong but communication is key and the staff made no effort to keep us informed or managed the situation. Pointless paying the extra it would have been quicker to get a bus to an off site car park.

  • Blue Circle Meet and Greet We waited over an hour to get our car back, the people in the car park were pleasant but the controllers useless. I phoned twice then the car park staff noticing we were still there chased them too - not good enough. Apart from anything else if a delay they should have let us know at close to 1am you don’t want to stand in the cold for an hour
    We won’t book with Drivefly again have never had this problem with Swift

  • Blue Circle Meet and Greet My car was in a filthy state when it was returned to me - like it had been driven through a field and then parked in a pigeon coup. Disgusting. The drivers footwell was similarly disgusting. Absolutely no respect for the customers property. Having checked my tracker I can see that it was parked at three separate locations over he course of my trip. It’s clear that at least one of those is not fit for purpose.

  • Blue Circle Meet and Greet the signage at luton airport is not obvious, you have to follow a system , to get a ticket to then go out to go back in to the multi storey car park. it's over complicated and unnecessary.
